Our Return Policy

At Kinsol, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that does not meet your expectations, we are here to help.

Damaged Products

Damaged but still usable product: We will offer you a percentage discount on your next order as compensation.

Unusable product: We will send a replacement (preferred) or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or report a damaged product, please contact us at contact@kinsolcare.com.mx wit hin 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the product/packaging.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and verify your claim, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Replacement products will be shipped at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened sunscreen products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged during shipping.
